I lost my password. How do I access my account?
Send an email to projectbook@maclellan.net and we will reset your password for you.
How do I edit my user account information?
By clicking on "My Profile" in the top right hand corner, you should be able to make changes to your personal account.
How do I update a proposal that I’ve funded?
We are still developing ways to update proposals, but in the meantime, please let us know if you've funded a project by sending an email to projectbook@maclellan.net.
How will I know if a project has received additional funding than what is showing in the project book?
At this time, we are working on ways to follow up with proposals. However, it is your responsibility to contact the ministry about additional funding. We cannot guarantee that proposals are current.
Is the Maclellan Foundation following up on all the projects listed in the Project Book?
As stated in the previous questions, we are asking both ministries and givers to report funding. In the future, we hope to have a stronger process in place.
I saved a project to my “saved projects,” but the document is no longer viewable. What happened?
Projects older than 15 months will be archived on a regular basis in order to keep the Project Book fresh. If for some reason you need an expired project, please contact us at projectbook@maclellan.net.
